I am prepping for a 1/2 in May and could also use support to stay on track with my training. Today was my first day of training since surgery on 12/14.

Way to go on your training and goals. I hope to run a half in March. It will be the first one I do running although I've done a couple walking. We can all reach those goals!!!

WooHoo!!! I too am looking to run a half marathon in may! I did two 5k's last year, but now I'm on the training path! I can't wait...it will be a HUGE success if I can pull it off!!! Good luck to you!

Hi all!
I am a former running junkie focused on training for my first half marathon. I am recommiting myself to fitness and looking forward to seeing progress, and looser pants (loose clothing is the best feeling, is it not?)
Anyway, I hope to find a buddy to keep me on track. I am currently looking to run at least 3 times a week.
