I'm excited for you and your DH, as well, on all levels: new baby, new runner!

If you can at least keep up with your physical fitness during your pregnancy, like with Yoga and walking for as many weeks as you can, you will have an easy term and will be able to return to running more quickly. Fitness is key!

Have a happy baby :)

My husband will be joining the ranks of the slow fat runners come January. I'm pregnant and have had to take a break from running since June. My husband and I have both gained weight during my pregnancy and are eager to get back to the gym soon. I think I'll pretty much have to start over from the beginning and was thinking of doing C25K again to get re-started. My husband has asked to join me and I couldn't be happier about it. I only started running a few years ago and even though I still consider myself a slow and fat runner, its greatly paid off in my health and life. My husband recognized all that running has done for me in just a few years and wants that for himself too. I'm so excited about sharing this with him too!
