My wife (hot4fitness) encouraged me to join SparkPeople to help me start a new page on fitness. I have been running for about 5 1/2 years now. Everything from casual running to half marathons. And yet I still I have problems with losing the pounds I'd like to use. I have never paid much attention to what I eat, so I am making that change and watching what I eat.
I just had a full physical and had great news. All my cholesterol levels were better than normal, my blood pressure is wonderful, heart rate better than normal and my PSA was clear! And yet my weight still hovers at 255. Time to get rid of about 30 lbs.
