Hello :) New to the group and just wanted to introduce myself. In october I'll be having a hysterectomy and to be able to have the surgery safely I have to lose 100lbs. That's about 25 lbs a month! Due to my health problems fitness is really difficult for me. I'd like to use the fitness tracker that they have in here, but so far I haven't seen any exercises in it that I thought I could do lol. If anyone has any exercise suggestions for a severely over weight out of shape wuss I would greatly appreciate them. Thanks!

I'm new here and...I never know what to write in these things. I'm Jess and I have about 200lbs to lose. That's not where the BMI says I should be but it's where I want to be...maybe. Really I just want to go down to a size 20 and then I'll re-evalute my next goal. I haven't been a size 20 since middle school!
