Keep tracking your food, and exercising consitantly, rememeber your weight can fluctuate depending on your salt and fluid intakes. Don't worry about it now, get all your new habits down and then worry about your weight! Don't give up!

My best friend is the tracker. Enter the food eaten and you may find fewer junk foods passing the lips. That and tracking key nutrients helped me lose 104 lbs.

hi i'm a 62 yr old woman, that is trying to lose this weight, well let me tell you i'm not doing a good job at it at all, i weigh 234 today, yesterday i was 232, that is what i do from day to day, go up and down, i get so tired of it, i have been trying to watch what i eat, and been walking on the treadmill one - two miles aday, plus running the free run with the wii, why wont this weight come off and stay off? what should i do HELP
