Thank you for the link! I will work on reading it today

Man sacrifices his health in order to make money.

Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health.

And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present;

The result being that he does not live in the present or the future;
he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.

I had to read these ten steps over a period of time while I was pretty much still bed ridden. They really helped me once I could get over the brain fog and wrap my brain around them. I was the classic push and crash person. It is better if you can lay down five or ten minutes at work during each of your breaks to avoid the crash on the weekends and during the evenings. You will have to teach people to leave you alone and to avoid sleeping set the timer. Tell people you are meditating and they will probably leave you alone. Try the five minute siesta for at least three days to see if you can tell a difference.

Angel Girl, yayyy! Thank you

I haven't found anything that is much help, I am usually very drained by Friday and spend much of the weekend recouping. Today wasn't too bad, I nodded off on the sofa around 4 this afternoon and woke up when my beau tried to slide the laptop off of my lap...he just isn't quite sneaky enough! Hehe!

I am hoping that by upping my movement during the days will eventually give me more energy.

emoticon I anoint you our Angel Girl. It helps to have a sense of humor and to try to find the positive outcomes to some very frustrating hurdles.

Two things really helped me fight the CFS. First was eliminating refined foods in three day cycles. I can do anything for three days. The second was to practice pacing with my activities. I am able to accomplish a lot more without burning out. I have to stop and rest before I get exhausted. Then I only spend ten minutes resting and not two days recuperating.

What has worked well for you to fight the fatigue?

You must have been quiet, well behaved and easy to raise. Hope she counted her blessings too.
