Hi, I'm Madison I am 20 years old and I have gained the Freshman 15 for the past 2 years and I would love to take it back off!! I am on the full meal plan at my school and I know that is a part of my problem and also eating out all the time. I play golf for my school so I do get some exercise, but I always off set any good I do by walking the course with my horrible eating habits. If anyone has any suggestions on how to eat better while being on a meal plan that would be great!!
