I just wanted to say hi to everyone and to ask for some tips. Right now I am a full time student, working close to 30 hrs a week and doing about 8 hours of field experience a week. (Education student!). School doesn't start for 3 more weeks but I'm concerned that when it does, between work, classes, field experience and homework, I won't have time to work out, or even cook for myself. Last semester I was in a similar situation and I got completely overwhelmed and ended up gaining 5 lbs. Does anyone have any suggestions for squeezing in workouts on a tight schedule, or ideas for healthy meals that are quick, cheap and vegetarian? Also, I have a puppy who is very high energy so if I don't walk him for at least 45 min a day he will poop in the house. Obviously the walk hasn't contributed to any weight loss, but that could be due to the fact that I was living off of pasta and sonic for a year. Thanks for your help!
