Hey all - I'm Jessica, a 21 year old working/full-time university student. I used to be pretty fit in the past, but the last 3 years I've struggled mentally, and had problems with binging and staying motivated. I'm 5'2'' and would like to get down from my highest weight of 180 to about 140-150lbs. I've been going pretty consistently for the last month with C25K running 3 times a week and strength training 3 times a week, and lost 6 pounds so far. Working on my mental wellbeing is one of my main goals, because that's the only way I am going to be able to continue with this. If you have similar goals or are in a similar stage, let me know!
