Hi, I'm new and pretty friendly! It would be awesome to gain some friends and develop a support network to have during this journey.
About a year ago (spring semester of my freshman year), I worked really hard and dropped down to 125 pounds. I was the smallest I had ever been and I looked really good at that size. Over the next few months, many things happened that contributed to rapid weight gain.
I would like to get back down to my smallest weight again, but I want to do it in a healthy manner and I don't want to feel down every time things don't go as planned. Sometimes, I need that extra push to go to the gym or do a work out and I'm hoping SP can be that push! :)
