I am a newbie as well! I'm Elizabeth- senior marketing major! I also have 2 jobs and 2 clubs that I am very involved in. Basically, I am always running around. Here is what helps me make time. The night before a weekday I take my agenda book and make it into "day schedule." I add in every single part of my life (fun stuff, school, exercise.) It takes an extra 5 min every morning but once I do that I am productive for the rest of my day! For me it's like 6:30-7:30 coffee, breakfast, get ready 7:45-8:45 5K training at the gym 9-10:30 get ready for class, meditate 10:45-11:30 class 11:30-2:30 write history paper (2 pages) 2:30-5 club meeting blah blah blah
but anyway, the key for me is to make time the night before! Make sure everything is measurable (for example- don't just put gym or study) unless its attendance based. Changed my gpa from a 2.5 to a 3.7 doing this so I have been applying it to exercise and it seems to work!
