I had lost about ten pounds in August, and I have gained it back plus some -_- It's definitely hard being at home, and having a pantry and fridge stocked with food, as opposed to my sparsely stocked supply. AH well. Time to get back into things :) Graduation is right around the corner!

I've had a similar experience. I lost about 15 pounds over the summer from working an outdoor active job, and I've gained about 10 pounds back, mainly in November and December. It's very disappointing considering how much of a difference I've noticed, especially feeling great about myself. I'm starting Jillian Michael's 30-day shred. Has anyone had success with that?

I gained some weight too, but I find that a lot of it is just water weight. If you drink lots of water and stick to unprocessed foods for the next week or so, you'll probably find that you didn't gain as much as you thought you did!
During the summer, I lost 15 pounds doing the 28 day bootcamp challenge and kept it off during first semester of school. Since I've been home for Christmas break, I've gained 7 back! Anyone else in the same boat?? Starting the 7 day bootcamp over again until it's time for spring semester!
