Hi my name is Hunter and I am a college freshman. Since entering college I have gained 30+ pounds in my first semester. I am diagnosed with depression but I have made lots of friends this semester. Trying to maintain a 3.5 GPA, and eat healthy in the cafeteria is super hard. Our cafeteria doesn't serve much healthy options. I would like suggestions on how to eat healthy in a typical college cafeteria. I have been to a nutritionist and counselor about my weight and depression and just would like help and encouragement.
