So I just created my program yesterday, I am on the crew team, so my main workouts will consist of rowing, erging, and running. I also just ordered the Zumba fitness dvds, so if anyone has any workout suggestions or simply anything in general feel free to write me! In the past I have not done so well with programs because I eventually slack off, I am hoping being on sparkpeople and interacting with people that have the same goals will give me accountability!
