Hello, my name is Barbara and I want to lose weight and be healthy again. I am very busy and I can't find enough time for myself. I have a hard time staying motivated and focused on my goals. I joined Spark People for motivation and help with my goals, so far it's been a slow process but I'm not interested in quitting.
