I'm Mar, and This is my first time on Spark People... It seems like an amazing resource,and I'm really excited to start my journey to health!!
I am currently around 280 lbs, although I've been told I look much less, and I don't feel like I'm 280 lbs. I love to swim, do Judo, and be active and busy in general, but unfortunately I seem to love eating even more. I tend to stress eat, especially when I get home late at the end of the day and feel the need to eat to "destress".
I'm hoping that keeping myself accountable on here and replacing stress eating with something healthier (like working out) will get me on the way to success!! :)
I just received word that I got a secondary application/interview for a volunteer firefighting program... I know for sure that will kick me in the butt (in a good way), and I am going to work hard to become the healthiest, leanest paramedic firefighter out there!! :)
