I joined this site early this morning at 3am (I work a swing shift so I'm often up very late) after attempting to go to the gym. It took me over an hour to walk 3 miles! And the only way I got through it was because I was watching TV shows on Netflix with my smart phone.
I'm not over weight at all but I'm also the laziest person I know. I've noticed that I don’t' really do... anything! If I try and work out I get tired almost immediately. And for eating healthy... It’s just so much easier to get fast food or junk food than to cook a healthy meal.
I've counted too much on my high metabolism and now I have a little belly that makes me look like I'm pregnant (usually right after I eat) and I want it gone. And I want to be able to do activities without getting tiered.
I'm a little nervous about sending this intro message.... but you have to start somewhere right?
