Hello all. I am currently on a break from school. I have a almost a year and half left on my Masters at USC. I decided to make use of this time to get back in to shape and sometimes it's hard just getting out of bed to go to the gym. It also doesn't help that I work at nights and some mornings. For me my biggest problem is when I am at work and want to snack. I have cut down tremendously but I would like to be 100% snack free while at work. I bring my medicine ball and resistance tube so I can get a little workout but it's useless if I'm still eating. I look forward to meeting new people and discovering new ideas.
