Weight loss is pretty much 80% healthy food choices and 20% exercise, so being smart about your food choices is huge. But hey, I did it so I know you can too!
Hello! I'm a sophomore at NGCSU and am really trying to become healthier. I've struggled with my weight for about ever. I'm so thankful the school has an awesome rec center but I struggle with making the right food choices in the dining hall. I feel like making the healthy options means eating the same few foods every day and there just aren't a lot of options. Any tips?
