Hi everybody! I'm new to SparkPeople (obviously). I'm a 19 year old college student trying to get into better shape. I already eat fairly healthily, but I would like to keep better track of my nutrition due to the fact that I have several dietary restrictions which make it difficult to keep track of the nutrients/calories that I'm getting on a daily basis. I also definitely have some work to do on the exercise front, so here I am!
