Hey Tony! I think your last 2 months really shows how well your body reactions to exercise. We all fall off the wagon at some point, just glad to hear that you pick yourself back up again. I read an advice somewhere that said try to make it a rule not to exercise 2 day in a row and I'm happy that I was able to stick with it this summer. Best of luck in your future fitness goals : )

Hello, Just thought I'd introduce myself. The name is Tony.
I'm currently a 21 year old Sys.Admin whom is looking become fitter (And better looking) I started this wonderful journey around 4 months ago, and since then I have lost around 20 pounds. (Started at 167 now 146 if my scale is to be believed) I did around 2 months of hardcore exercising but I will admit, I got lazy these past two months and stress primarily due to work and personal problems. However thankfully the previous 2-month stint of constant hardcore cardio and fit eating kept my metabolism up to the point that my junk food habit and constant "herb" enjoyment didn't destroy much (except my stamina as I'm finding out now) That and on 3rd shift, even with junk food cravings I only ate 1 meal a day (Which is also a bad habit) Been building up my stamina again and repaired my bike this past week and feel better to be back into the grove of things.
Sorry I got sidetracked and I apologize for my atrocious typing.
I'm happy to be working out again, and happy that my short relapse into laziness didn't yo-yo my weight, took that as a sign and additional motivation.
