I'm a 20 year old student at UW-Madison and brand new to this group! I have used SparkPeople on and off for a number of years, but its so much easier now that I have a smartphone. Now, wherever I am, I can just enter my food quickly and get on with my day. I have been eating clean for the past week and I feel great. I haven't weighed myself or anything, but I'm eating a consistent number of calories and following the MTLC workouts. I normally eat pretty healthily (only Ezikiel bread, brown rice, lots of veggies, fruits, etc), so this hasn't been hard at all so far. The only things I'm really giving up are chocolate and other sweets, and I haven't had any cravings at all. I hope I can keep working out when I get back to campus in the fall and keep cooking for myself. I'll be living in an apartment instead of a dorm, so it should be much easier.
