My name is Sarah and I am only 20. I joined because I am not extremely over weight. I am just not where I should be. Its hard to be motivated during the summers to do stuff and in my summer work I am usually tired and don't have time to workout. I'm hoping that by using this i can really see and be more conscious of what I eat and do. Oh and also I have an older sister who is overweight so maybe by me doing this she will take quiet mental notes too and be more inspired/motivated to make herself healthier.
