Hello, I'm Kristin and I'm a Junior at the University of Portland. I'm pre-med, and getting a double-degree in biochemistry (BS) and music (BA), with a minor in biology.
I play flute and I love chemistry. I often volunteer for non-profits and am an insane kid. I'm in my university's honors program, as well as the Blue Key and Alpha Lambda Delta honor societies. Oh yea, and I also am working two jobs and taking 22 credits a semester. I don't like talking about my school stuff much because i get a lot of negativity from people who don't understand that I just like being busy (:
Anyways, I gained something like 10 pounds my freshman year and packed it on hardcore my sophomore year. I used to be hot and skinny, now I've pretty much let myself go and don't really care what people think. I do, however, care about what my boyfriend thinks (even though he SAYS I'm beautiful. bleh.), and I hate my own body, so I've decided to do something about this stupid big ass I'm carrying around.
I'm running a 5k next month and have been training for it for 2 weeks. That's my main motivation to keep working out right now, but I'm planning to continue when I move back on campus. The gym at my school is free (and pathetic), and it's relatively easy to eat vegan on campus. Portland is also one of the best vegan-eating cities anywhere, so I'm set!
TL;DR: Hi, I'm Kristin, and I hate my body. Let's be friends (:
