My advice would be to take it slow. Just try to be aware of your triggers, and not react to them. Also I have found that mindful eating helps me enjoy my food, so when I am full I don't feel deprived. Feel free to message me if you have any questions!

Hi I am new on here and I need some help to lose my weight because being a single mom of 2 its a struggle to do much of anything. If anyone has any advise or can help me that would be greatly appreciated.
