hi,I'm really trying more than one thing here:-walking at least one hr,drinking more water and cutting back on sweets

My advice would be to take it slow. Just try to be aware of your triggers, and not react to them. Also I have found that mindful eating helps me enjoy my food, so when I am full I don't feel deprived. Feel free to message me if you have any questions!

Hi I am new on here and I need some help to lose my weight because being a single mom of 2 its a struggle to do much of anything. If anyone has any advise or can help me that would be greatly appreciated.
