I am new to this site and am not sure yet quite how to do anything on it. Well, I joined last year, but then forgot about it. I am trying to get motivated after a long period of being just lost in my constant struggle with my weight. I am engaged and want to lose weight for my wedding. But more importantly, I want to lose weight so I can walk out of my house and be comfortable outside and around people. I have never been this overweight in my life, and just putting on clothes and going to school and to work is a daily battle for me. I have tried a lot of things to lose weight, but always end up giving up. I really, REALLY want to make it this time and really hope that I can. I'm just not sure how to do it yet, or how to stick with it....
