You ever bake a cake from scratch? There are so many ingredients that individually wouldn't taste so good, but when you combine them in the correct order and manner, they become this amazing construction.
That is how I am viewing this weight loss/ lifestyle change. There are so many individual pieces: drinking 8 cups of water, exercising, eating fruits and vegetables, getting the appropriate amount of calories, getting the right amount of sleep....each of these alone will provide a small benefit but together will create this amazing masterpiece of a cake!
Ok, enough with the cake analogies!
