Hello Sparkspeople, I am 42 yrs old and my goal is to lose 10-15 pounds and getting toned, fit and eating healthy. My eating habits are awful. I dont drink water, I am a sugar freak and I love big cups of coffee with milk. I dont exercise; actually I am scheduled to meet up with a gym rep Wednesday. My goal is to go to the gym at least 4 days per week. I know at first it is going to be hard to go because for me it is better to go with a friend. I dont know, maybe its me. It motivates me.
