My name is Austin I'm a 19 year old college student who works part time at a grocery store. Throughout high school I was typically pretty active. However, I love food and that kept me as a big guy despite my high activity. I recently moved to Connecticut and so without friends to keep active with and my busy schedule with school and work I haven't been able to keep up the activity and I gained about 20 pounds. I always disliked the fact that I am a big guy; however, I am finally ready to get down to a good 160 or 170 from my current 260. If you looked at me I wouldn't look overtly large or obese and I'm not in bad shape but I really want to lose weight just for my appearance and I know it will help my future health. I have been cutting down my diet eating much healthier and eating smaller portions that keep me satisfied but not filling me up. Also I usually do five reps of 120 jumping jacks 6 if not seven days of the week, sometimes more if I'm up to it and on mondays and wednesdays I supplement the jumping jacks with a 30 minute trek on a cross trainer elliptical machine at my school's gym
