Spark People has a few 10 minute workout videos that you could start with. They don't require any special equipment either. That might be a great way for you to start out. 10 minutes is pretty easy to fit into a schedule, and a good place to start. You could also try going for a short walk after work. Good luck!
hey everybody this is my first post, so I just wanted to say hi but also to see if anyone had any weight loss suggestions for someone in my current job position. I work front desk at a hotel. We stand all day and are basically supposed to stand in front of our computers the entire time (ready and waiting to assist). The only time we get to do any moving around (besides shift from one sore foot to the other) is on the way to lunch or on an errand for a guest. I will say that I am NOT a workout fan at all and haven't found a way to make it a habit, but I know its unfortunately neccesary. I would probably work best with a personal trainer but I don't have those type of hollywood funds. There aren't gyms near me or really anywhere convienent and its a little intimidating to just go in there and start using machines and doing random excercises when you don't know what you're doing or how things work.
