You need to learn to love vegetables! It's hard to believe that you hate all vegetables considering there are thousands of varieties that have their own unique flavor. And with all these varieties of vegetables come thousands more ways of preparation. I think it's possible you haven't tried to like vegetables. You should start with familiar ones though, there must be ONE that you like (potato doesn't count). Say it's broccoli. Steamed, raw, grilled, juiced, put it in a stir fry, soup.....the list goes on. Get some recipe books, and just start playing with your food.
What is your normal diet like anyhow, just meat and bread? You can't be happy on a diet like this....

Hi my name is lyndsay i am 22 i have a 3 year old and i am engaged, i am looking to lose 100 pounds so that i can be back down to the weight i was before i had my son. I hope to lose and keep it off the only problem is I HATE VEGETABLES! If you have any advise for this feel free.
