Hello I am a 21 year old Graphic Design student in college. I am currently a senior and my major is extremely tough. I average only getting 3-4 hours of sleep a night during school if im lucky,just to finish the minimum requirements. I am 165 pounds and would like to get down to 130. I am also a picky eater which makes this even tougher. Without much time to exercise, and not much money to make food with I'm really looking for help keeping with this when i go back to class in 2 weeks, and any food suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
