Hey everyone! My name is Katelynn and I'm 21 years old, and a senior in college. I've been on SP since May 2011 and boy has it been crazy. For the most part over the summer and into the first few weeks of school I did great. Total I lost about 25 pounds (which is the most I've ever lost). I lost track and I just started back up. My problem is.. I'm just always so exhausted after long days of classes, and meetings, and work that I dread going to the gym.
Because of my schedule I go to the gym 3x a week; and I'm supposed to be doing at-home work outs in between there but that never works out as planned.
I'm an Advertising and Public Relations major; and my focus is in design and copy writing so unfortunately I spend quite a bit of time hunkered down at my computer working.
I don't really know what I need to stay motivated; so I figured I'd try out a group or two (other than the ones I was automatically put in when I joined)
Here is to hoping my goals are met!
2012.. here I come..
