Hello, I'm April. I've been trying to lose since last year. I lost 15 last year but I gained it back. I weigh about 205 and i want to just look good. I want to lose probably 55-65 pounds, whichever make me look good and feel great. Of course I lack in the motivation like everyone else. My boyfriend's brother is getting married next year in dec. I want to reach my goal by then. That means I need to lose 1.25 pounds per week. Looking at on paper makes it look easy but we know that's not true! I need find a way to lose and build muscle that fits me to my liking. If you know anything let me know!?!
