Hey all! My name is Rachel and I'm so excited to be getting started on my weight-loss journey. i've always been the overweight girl, and I want to know what it's like to be skinny and walk into a store knowing I can wear whatever I want, not just plus sizes. Not just for my appearance and how I feel, but I want to start these habits while I'm still young so I can keep up with them the rest of my life. I'm thrilled there is a team for college students like me, and I'm sure I will be able to be motivated and inspired by fellow team members.
Do you guys have any tips from when you were just starting out?
