Megan, it's just a matter of constantly pushing yourself whether you're feeling motivated or not. You'll have good days and bad days, but just keep your goals in mind when you feel like overindulging on something not so healthy or skipping your workouts. I started to lose weight in March 2010 so it's taken me awhile but I'm super close to reaching my goal :)
My name is Megan. I am 19 years old and I am on the quest for fitness! It is partially for vanity but mostly for optimal health. I have had a little bit "extra" on my body for most of my life, and in the last few years of high school, it became a lot extra. I have never been happy with my body, never worn a bikini, etc. I finally decided I I'm ready to get trim and healthy. I want to become more athletic and less fearful of challenging myself! I made this blog to chronicle my weight loss, and to keep myself accountable! I have been working at this for about 8 months, and have lost and kept off 16 lbs. I hit a plateau around when I moved (June) and haven't lost any weight since. I am stuck at 151 lbs. I have a goal of reaching 135 lbs by Christmas with the help of SP! This isn't my ultimate goal - just my holiday goal! Ultimate goal is about 120 lbs! I am just under 5'2'' btw...
