I just graduated college and I think my biggest thing that got me down was food and eating all the wrong things. I was and still am a very active person but when you go have to eat lunch on campus and then go out with friends and eat out a lot. When I graduated I gained about 40 pounds over my college career, I noticed also that the better I did in school the more weight I gained just because I was sitting for that much longer and eating that much worse!! My suggestion, eat healthy sometimes you are forced to sit for hours and days and not get much exercise but keep your head up and aware of what you are doing to your body! You can do it!! Change for you and no one else! Be who you want to be and find your inner beauty as well as being in a shell that you are comfortable with!
