I'm Amy and starting university in the UK next week. SO excited but a a little nervous too! I'm hoping I'll be able to keep up a healthy lifestyle while I'm there. I'm going to join a local gym and hopefully take part in university sports groups too. I will be eating in the dining rooms for breakfast and dinner during the week but hoping I will be able to make healthy choices and will try to avoid takeaways when I have to cook for myself at weekends. The main thing I'm worried about is the effect of alcohol on my weight as I know I'll be going out more and plan to make the most of my time as a student haha!
