Hi everyone, My name is Stephanie. I'm 23 and a deputy in west Florida so I work some long crazy hours at times. It is hard for me to stay motivated because I am always so tired. But I'm tired of letting that slow me down from achieving my goals. I have been working out for YEARS and have not lost any weight. Dieting is hard because of my schedule and cravings are tough for me to ignore. I'm looking forward to setting some goals and doing what I can to stay motivated and finally lose the weight I've been maintaining. I will be the maid of honor in my best friends wedding in January and really would love to lose 20 pounds and look gorgeous in the gown she picked out. I have a gym membership and have been getting very emotional lately-I feel envy while I am there. Seeing fit and hot people around me while I have not been able to change has made me lose motivation and become a negative person while I am at the gym. I am trying to be more positive and focus on ME rather than everyone else around me.
