Hi! My name is Becky, I am 26 years old and trying to lose 35 pounds. I had signed up for spark a long time ago, but never really used it. I am ready to really lose those extra pounds for good. I recently got engaged and want to look good for my wedding. I am trying the Run Your Butt Off Workout from Runners World, which is supposed to be an easy way for beginners to get running and lose weight. My fiance and I are both trying to lose 35 pounds so we are turning it into a friendly competition to stay motivated. Hopefully with these resources and the help of spark people I will be successful. The hardest part for me is getting started in a healthy routine, I keep putting it off saying I will start tomorrow or next week or after this or that event. Time to get started TODAY!
