I am a single mom of 3, part time student, and also work part time. I find it hard to fit exercise into my day, but I know that I need to find the time. I look at myself and don't feel good and I also feel like my poochie tummy is all that people see. Not to mention my clothes aren't fitting any more and I can't stand shopping for clothes looking like I do!!
I am looking for some support and motivation! Any support, help, motivation, encouragement, etc that anyone can give would be GREATLY appreciated! I am currently at 155 and want to be 120 by mid November.
