My nickname is "Sunshine", I am new to the SparkPeople team, finally after much research I found a program, I can use with my personal fitness goals. I am a club member who attends the gym 2 to 3 times a week, I wish it was more attendance, but my work schedule restricts such. I look forward to communicating with you team players.
