We're glad you are here, also. Suggestions for what? Maintenance? Just keep doing what you did to get where you are! I figure that while I was losing my weight that I was actually studying to become a healthier, slimmer person. When I got to my desired weight I didn't stop studying and kept making the tweeks necessary to stay healthy. We all have our own way of dealing with our life journey and on this team we share these with one another as we all need to keep up the lessons and motivation.
