Congratulations Nancy! Welcome! We have a very active group of maintainers! ACTIVE is the key word I think; I know it became so for me in retirement. My name is Nancy and I have maintained a 45 pound weight loss for 1 year. But since I retired i am finding it harder to keep my eating under control.
