Beth, we do use this time to welcome you and cheer and support you on your decision to lose the weight and gain confidence and good health. We are still a work in progress ourselves and still work hard at keeping weight from coming back but most of all eating and playing healthy. Being active is the key to my ability. With 10 years of walking consistently 5-6-7 days a week, I can't imagine going very long without it. Even during my journey of breast cancer, I felt I had to keep up my strength and exercise--often just doing 10 min at a time! You can do this and Beth, you are so worth the effort. So keep us informed on how things are going and let us know how to or when to help. Hugs Brenda

A good way to start is by tracking your food and exercise, plus you earn points by doing it. I am still tracking because it keeps me honest with myself and is a great learning tool.
I am trying to lose weight, I am about 80 -90 lbs over and just tired of being FAT,,, I have the wonderful apple shape!
