Thanks for the welcome, Pam. Today I started the day with 20 minutes of swimming. Later on I will doe some pilates and weights with Sunshine's DVD for seniors and rehab. It's just my style because I can sit and it goes for about 30 minutes. I will also walk the pup this evening. Have a great Labor Day weekend.

WOW! What a great site! My daughter just sent the link to me and I have been browsing it. I wish I had this last August when I started my weight loss diet. I was at 214 and on my husband's birthday, August 13th, 2007 began a medically monitored diet. I am now at 144 and trying to maintain. Some of the suggestions here will be really helpful to me.
