This is a tough time of year, and backsliding is common, but I think with the New Year, so many get a new energy that can push that slide back forward!
I just started tracking again for a short term goal, but will likely go back to a more intuitive eating style, trying to eat good, healthy foods in moderation, and get in plenty of fruits and veggies.
I think I still need to start a January challenge, come join it!
