Welcome to the team Lisa!

This is a tough time of year, and backsliding is common, but I think with the New Year, so many get a new energy that can push that slide back forward!

I just started tracking again for a short term goal, but will likely go back to a more intuitive eating style, trying to eat good, healthy foods in moderation, and get in plenty of fruits and veggies.

I think I still need to start a January challenge, come join it!

Hi All. I am Lisa but not new to Sparkpeople. I was also a member some years ago but got away from it. I really don't track my food but mostly use it for motivation and inspiration. I have recently lost 40 lbs and still have around 15 more to lose but I am already finding myself backsliding. It is hard keeping a grip on it.

Hi. I am new to the team. I have been able to maintain my weight for about a year now. It is not always easy, and I have found that the Sparkpeople website really helps. I have been tracking my food and this makes me stop and consider everything that I eat. I have been working on consistently getting my fitness level up. My goal is to get at least a half hour of cardio in daily. I always feel so much better when I do.This site really helps me stay on track!

Hi my new team. I reached my mainainence zone back in July but have been able to consistantly stay in there since the beginning of August. I finally decided to feel strong enough in my current zone to call myself a "maintainer". I hope to give and get support here for the part I have always found the most difficult, maintainance.

Good morning from Houston, TX!

I'm Jen and I am a returning SparkPerson. :) I used the program back in 2007, but like all my other previous diets, I lost interest.

This time I am back as a MAINTAINTER! My partner, Cheryl, and I joined Weight Watchers back in Feb 2009 and together we have lost over 200 lbs. I reached my goal in August 2010 and became a "Lifetime" member of Weight Watchers in September. I started at 270# but now enjoy life at 125 lbs; which is MUCH nicer on my 5'2" frame.

I rejoined SparkPeople to use their great food log. As a Lifetime member of WW, I don't have to pay anymore and I don't want to pay them just to use their eTools program to track my food. So here I am back with SparkPeople and looking forward to making new friends.

I hope everyone has a great day! emoticon
