I'm adding pilates into my normally weights focused routine. Results keep me motivated, though. I honestly do not want that body I had ever again. Ever! Again! LOL I weigh myself daily. I know that it's not usually recommended, but it helps me catch any fluctuations. Before, I slowly let my weight creep up to 156 from 130 without even being aware. Bizarre, but true. I'm maintaining at 125-127 by daily exercise and food intake awareness.
