Weight training does help a bit with loose skin. I have a small amount around my midsection that I tightened up with strength training. It's still a little loose but someone looking at it wouldn't be able to tell.
Hi team - I just joined this group after realizing that my end goal is within just a few pounds - but now that I'm at my current weight - I'd like to see how this looks/feels for a while.
I've never been skinny - but now people are telling me that I am! I've still got that 'fat' mentality and figuring out how to dress is now a challenge since most of my clothes are still much too big - but this is a good challenge.
I lost approximately 80 pounds to get to this point in a little under one year. My skin is loose in some areas still - so I'm hoping that will shrink with new empahsis on weight training and a more moderate time/pace with my cardio workouts.
We haven't had many intros in the new year. We'd love to hear from you.
