Hello Everyone!

How are yall? I am new to spark people and I am sooo excited! I really want to start making friends with people in the community!

I also was wondering if I could get some advice:
I have maintained my weight loss for almost 2 years now, but I have put weight back on (10 pounds). I know it isn't too much but I am afraid that 10 will lead me to 20 and so forth until I am right back where I started. I have been exercising trying to lose the weight but the numbers are staying the same. What does this mean? Is my diet not very good (I try to eat as good as I can...and I restrict myself alot)? Is it that my body is meant to stay like this forever? I really appreciate any help given
